Media Bolt Productions was founded in Milwaukee in 2020 by Eric Didier and Justin Jackson. Two people who came to filmmaking from completely different worlds and discovered they shared the same obsession: telling stories that actually move people.
We believe the best brand content doesn’t feel like brand content. It feels like something worth your time. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, from concept through final delivery. We work closely with our clients, not just to understand the brief, but to find the story underneath it.
We’re proud to be based in Milwaukee, and we’ve made it a point to invest in this city’s creative community. Our Made in Milwaukee project brought together over 30 local artists, musicians, and creators to produce something we think captures the spirit of this city. That collaborative instinct is how we approach every project, we’re at our best when we’re building something together.
While Milwaukee is home, we go wherever the story is. We’ve produced projects across the Midwest and beyond, and we scale to fit, whether that means a two-person crew for an intimate brand piece or a full production team with collaborators we trust. The size of the project changes. The standard doesn’t.

Justin Jackson
Co-Founder
Justin Jackson came to filmmaking sideways. After a decade playing professional baseball, he picked up a camera to record coaching content and something clicked. He went on to earn his degree in Digital Filmmaking from the Los Angeles Film School, but it was the years before that shaped how he works: with discipline, full presence on set, and an instinct for the moment that matters.
As a director and cinematographer, Justin brings a quiet intensity to every shoot. He’s the person in the room who’s already three steps ahead on logistics while staying completely locked into the creative vision. Whether it’s a brand campaign or a documentary, he approaches every project with the same focus, make it true, make it beautiful, make it resonate.

Eric Didier, Dids to anyone who’s worked with him, started in front of the camera before he ever stood behind one. What began as an experiment in becoming more comfortable on screen turned into a career in video production, with stops in the gaming industry, a personal brand that’s reached millions, and a previous production agency he built from the ground up.
That range is Eric’s superpower. He understands what it takes to hold an audience’s attention because he’s done it himself. He brings that audience first instinct to every project at Media Bolt, along with 8+ years of production experience that means nothing catches him off guard on set. He’s the person making sure every project runs smoothly, looks incredible, and lands exactly the way it should.
