This piece lived and died on pre-production. We spent significant time with the Amilinda team before cameras rolled, scouting the space at different times of day, planning our lighting setups to bring out the warmth of the kitchen and the intimacy of the dining room, and developing a shot list built around the visual language of Chef’s Table. We assembled a full crew including a dedicated gaffer, two camera operators, and on-location audio to capture the sounds of a working kitchen in real time.
